Wankers
Why do people blog, really?Often asked, and often answered question, eh. I'm just wondering, because with the anonymity and consequence-free world of the Internet, people love being able to say what is really on their mind. They can reveal secrets, talk about themselves (where in other settings it would be boasting). But also swear (fuck! asshole!) , criticize wantonly. Insult others. Hey, that stuff is fun to read for some.
But there is reason why civility and manners was created. There's a certain elegance to it.
Some bloggers that were fun to read, turn out to be quite malicious in the end.
I have to not "blog". One has to simply write instead, without panderance to the audience. Ahahahaahaha.

don't use commercial stuff. your hair may look and feel good but it is actually coated with chemicals from the shampoo to retain that "shiny" look. it's poison, even hairdressers will tell you that. i hate that stuff and i've always used organic. it's just that you have to find the right one for your hair type.
however, if you have time and are willing, definitely suggest trying flaxseed with water to wash. you won't need that much. a tiny bit of lime only or else your hair will go brown in the sun. my hair was definitely softer, shinier and felt great after just one try! i'm doing it again tomorrow.
good luck

You might have good luck with Paul Penders organic natural shampoos and conditioners. Really helped my hair. www.paulpenders.com or www.femchoices.com (i buy mine from the site, but the girl who distributes it in Malaysia has a boutique somewhere I think)
The avalon stuff is only partially organic / natural.
Oh and i agree with you re: blogging. have to remind myself i do this for me and not pander to the masses by being malicious and posting stupid posts.
